We put our Christmas decorations away last night after a New Year's Eve dinner out at Fritz's, the railroad-themed diner a few miles from our home. What a wonderful first Christmas we had together as a family of four! Rachel seemed to absorb all the traditions instantly, sometimes even before we thought we'd told her anything about them. That's the power of peer education!
